.@RochesterNYPD say one man died after he was shot around 12:15pm on Harding Rd. Police say an altercation between 2 people happened before the man was shot. RPD has 1 person detained as a part of their investigation

1 year agoPolice have determined this was a homicide. One man is dead while another has been detained for questioning. Initial calls point to this beginning as an argument that escalated into a shooting. No word on the victims identity or any weapon recovered yet
