21-year-old man fatally shot to the head outside of 413 E 187 Street within the confines of the 48 precinct, Bronx, New York, USA, June 22, 2026. Monday evening at approximately 6:57 PM police responded and located the 21-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head. Blood and a hat was located at the crime scene. EMS transported the man to St. Barnabas hospital where he was pronounced dead. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing. The identity of the deceased was originally pending proper family notification.
