39-year-old man fatally shot to the chest at 3370 Baychester Avenue in Eastchester, Bronx, New York, on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. At approximately 3:46 p.m. Wednesday afternoon at 3370 Baychester Avenue in the Eastchester neighborhood of Bronx, New York a 39-year-old man was shot to the chest, and pronounced dead at the hospital. A man was seen being taken into custody at the scene, although at this time police say there are no arrests. Members of the NYPD crime scene unit collected evidence including a knife that was found on the ground at the scene.

Driver shot dead by Police in Brooklyn after failing to stop
A 17-year-old boy was shot in the head at the Flatbush Gardens complex at 1402 Brooklyn Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, New York, on Tuesday, April 29, 2025. Tuesday morning at approximately 12:34 AM, the boy was rushed to Kings County Hospital in critical condition. Over 14 shell casings are found at the scene, and the NYPD crime scene unit investigators collected evidence. There are no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing
Police responded to the inside of 6 West Farms Square Plaza in West Farms, Bronx, New York and, officers found a 32-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds to the back. EMS responded and transported the victim to Saint Barnabas Hospital in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead. There are no arrests, and the investigation remains ongoing.
