A 28-year-old female security guard was slashed when a dispute with a male turned violent inside an Upper East Side subway station on Monday evening in #NYC. The injured worker suffered a laceration to the face and was rushed from the 86 Street transit hub to an area hospital for further treatment.

Rochester Police were in a brief traffic chase from Niagara St to Union St. Suspect is wanted for CPW. He fled on foot near Central Park and was pretty quickly taken into custody by RPD & NYSP. Sounds like he had a firearm on him

responded yesterday to a report of a stabbing. When officers arrived, they found out that a verbal dispute had escalated into violence between two men: a 27-year-old and a 46-year-old. The 27-year-old allegedly slashed the 46-year-old in the mouth and hand. In response, the 46-year-old and several other individuals stabbed the 27-year-old in the right arm.

26-year-old woman identified as Karla Espinal who lives at 165 Elton Street in East New York, Brooklyn was arrested in this incident and charged with Assault 2nd Degree: Recklessly Causing Serious Physical Injury, Act in a Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17 and Reckless Endangerment 2nd Degree.

Police presence by the NYPD in the area of Elton Street following a scene where a 6-year-old girl was found dead in a residence in East New York, Brooklyn, New York. Upon arrival, officers observed a 6-year-old girl, unconscious and unresponsive inside the location. EMS responded and transported the child to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center where she was pronounced dead. There are no arrests at this time and the investigation remains ongoing. The Medical Examiner is determining the cause of death.
