1 year agoRPD responded to the 7-Eleven on Lyell Avenue for a person shot. The person was taken by private vehicle to Strong before police arrived. They later learned the 33 year-old male was shot on Merlin Street before going to the 7-Eleven. He has non-life-threatening injuries

1 year agoEvidence from a Homicide scene on Lyell Avenue gets brought to a RPD technician truck. RPD tells us 2 male victims were shot. One victim died at the scene and the other is at Strong Hospital. Police tells us the scene is a boarding house type situation
