Two #Albany men were arrested by patrol officers this morning following a call for a burglary in progress on the 300 block of Washington Avenue. Carlos Fulmore, 51, and Leroy Hirsch, 52 are both charged with Burglary 2nd and Petit Larceny
Police have arrested a 16 year old male and a 17 year old female in the shooting incident at Crossgates Mall last month
