2 year agoQueens: Roosevelt Avenue & 111th Street, a 15-year-old teenager who was riding on top of a train was found unconscious after he knocked his head in an unknown object. The teenager was transported to Elmhurst Hospital in critical condition where he expected to survive. @NYPD110Pct
