3 years agoNational Grid is currently on scene at SUNY Oswego's Riggs Hall. The cause of the initial evacuation is still unclear at this time, but emergency responders have left the scene and residents have been allowed to return to the building
3 years ago SUNY Oswego's Riggs Hall has been evacuated. At this time, the cause of the evacuation is unclear. Emergency personnel have been on scene since at least 9:30 PM. The number of on-site responders has dropped since this video was filmed @ 9:30 but the response is ongoing
