3 months agoBrooklyn: 16th Avenue & 54th Street, a 54-year-old pedestrian in a wheelchair was struck by a dump truck last week Monday. The victim, as a result, was pinned underneath the dump truck until @FDNY
firefighters and officers from the @NYPD66Pct
arrived and lifted the truck to extricate him. He was rushed to Maimonides Hospital, where he remains in critical but stable condition. The truck operator remained on scene. No arrests or criminal charges have been filed at this time.
