Man struck and killed by a New York City MTA bus in the area of East 149th Street and Brook Avenue in Bronx, New York. there was a collision involving an MTA bus and a man who was riding a bicycle. Preliminary investigation determined that as the bus was turning it collided with a male of unknown age who was riding a bike. The bicyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. NYPD is investigating.

30-year-old man taken into custody with charges pending after shooting at four officers in the area of New York Avenue and Park Place in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
