A 17-year-old male was shot Sunday evening near E 158th St & 3rd Ave in the Bronx. The teen was transported by EMS to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition, policemen said. No arrests at this time.

Two senior citizens slashed and killed inside of an apartment in the Highland Park section of Brooklyn, New York. police responded to an apartment located at 186 Warwick Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 91-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman lying on the kitchen floor with slash wounds to their necks. EMS responded and pronounced the individuals dead on the scene. There are no suspects in custody at this time. Police tape was set up outside of the house and officers were staged at the crime scene.
