Positive cases of COVID19 in New York City are rapidly approaching 10,000 with 9,045 cases, an increase in 2,832 since yesterday. In NY State there's 15,168 who have tested positive, an increase of 4,812 since yesterday. In total 114 have died statewide. 13% hospitalized
